This fighter jet plane was a for a young man who is "plane crazy"!! The mom was very chuffed when she saw the cake. I made the wings three days prior to assembling the cake but it should have had a few more days to harden but it was a late order and there was just not enough time. I held the wings up by using sosatie (kebab) sticks which worked very well.
There were x60 of these cuppies and although I thought the colour combo they asked for was a bit bright, it actually worked!
