Special cuppies for a special mom

These cuppies were ordered last minute by Megan for her Mom, Marion, to surprise her for her birthday. Apparently Marion loves ladybirds and the colour purple.

Today is a scorcher of a day, with the temperature sitting at 40C and my oven has been on since 8.30am and it is now 1.30pm!! I have just iced another rush order for cuppies for a book club but they are iced with ganache and I hope they get to their destination in one piece and not a puddle!  The last of the cakes should be coming out the oven soon and then I can go and fetch my precious boys from school.
